I have to be honest.  I often work late at night when the family is asleep because I can concentrate better on what needs to be done for my home based businesses.  With five children and a hubby to deal with, homeschooling, and running a couple of businesses, I covet that time to myself.  But it’s often hard to keep awake.

One way I stay awake is to “turn on the TV” on my computer.  Some of my favorite places to watch old TV shows or movies are NetFlix.com, Hulu.com, and the major network web sites.

The problem is, how can I actually “watch” something when I can only have one browser window or tab open at a time?  Well, my computer gadget loving son came up with this FREE  computer tool.

It’s called “Power Menu”.  It’s a small tool that sits in my Windows toolbar.  When I want to keep a tab or browser on top, so that I can watch a show or video while I am working, a right-click will allow me to set “Always on Top”.  It also have an option to minimize anything to the system tray (even those things that don’t normally minimize) AND the option to make a window or tab “transparent”.

All in all, I think it’s one of the best Windows tools I have on my computer, in fact - on every computer in the house.

The author of the tool will take Paypal donations if people want to donate, but the tool is FREE otherwise. Visit the author’s website to download this neat tool and make good use of it!
